The easiest way to access your online gallery is with the direct event link that is emailed and/or texted to you. This link is a personalized private link for each student/athlete to view their gallery. 

2. The Student's Online Code:

Accompanying the Event link is the Student's Online Code. Typically, this code corresponds to the Student ID, a familiar identifier for most schools. If using the Student ID doesn't seem to work, the Student ID may not be the Online Code as it is not the case for all events.

3. Alternative Access Methods:

Recognizing that technology can sometimes be tricky, we offer alternative methods for accessing your gallery. Feel free to call, text, or email our studio directly for a prompt and personalized response. Our dedicated team is ready to assist you in obtaining the direct link to your gallery, ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Steps to Access Your Gallery:

1. Retrieve a Generic Event Link:

• This unique link is provided to you, typically in the form of a web address or URL either on the school site, our website, or through a link emailed/texted to you. 

• It is specific to your event or photo session, so keep it handy for quick access.

2. Locate Your Student's Online Code:

• Identify the Student's Online Code associated with your school.

• In most cases, this code aligns with the Student ID, but verify this information to ensure accuracy. If using the Student ID doesn't seem to work, the Student ID may not be the Online Code as it is not the case for all events.

OR

1. Visit Our Website:

• Head to the Bill Smith Photography website and locate the "Online Viewing" or similar section.

• Find the Event want by typing in the school name in the search bar at the top. 

• Click "View Gallery"

2. Enter the Event Link and Student's Online Code:

• Once you have located your event link. Click on it.
• Enter the Student ID# for the online code and a personal email. 

3. Explore and Share:

•  Once successfully entered, explore your personalized gallery filled with beautiful memories.
•  Share the gallery with friends and family by copying the link or using the sharing options available on our platform.
