How do I order grad ceremony portraits AFTER graduation?

We strive to post portraits from graduation ceremonies within a few hours of the event. If your school's photos aren't up yet, please check back later. We email and text links to each graduate's individual gallery if we have your contact information on file. If you haven't received an email or text, you can still view your graduate's portraits by following these steps:

1. Access the Online Ordering Page:

   • Click here to go to our online ordering login page.

2. Locate Your School's Graduation Page:

   • Choose your graduate's school from the list provided, then select the event titled "Graduation."

3. Locate Your Graduate’s Online Code:

   • Identify the Graduate’s Online Code associated with your school. In most cases, this code aligns with the Student ID, but verify this information to ensure accuracy. If using the Student ID doesn’t seem to work, the Student ID may not be the Online Code as it is not the case for all events. Please contact us and we would be happy to send you a direct link.

4. View Your Graduate's Photos:

   • Once logged in, you will see a gallery page with just your graduate's images. Click on the photo you would like to order.

5. Select Packages or Prints:

   • Choose the package, prints, or digital downloads that you would like to purchase. Add all items to your cart by pressing the button with each item's price and then clicking "Add to Cart."

6. Proceed to Checkout or Order from Another Gallery:

   • Once your cart is finalized, click "Proceed to Checkout" to complete your order, or navigate to another gallery to add more items to your cart.
