Orders normally take 2-3 weeks to complete after the order has been placed. Please allow one week for shipping time.
If you only order a digital download it will be delivered 10-14 days after your order has been placed to the email address you used for the order. For digital download delivery please check your Spam folder in case it ended up there. If you did not receive the receipt email initially when you placed the order, we may have your email address incorrect for your order.
